I have seen many vids on router tables and this is one of the best. Please use a small length of wood to push through the thin cut on table saw though? :)

What bits can you use on a standard trim router the speed is over the rpm limits of the bits , you have any trouble with this?

With the price of plywood nowadays it is almost cheaper to buy one

After watching you build your own, like the person said with the cost of plywood and all the tools you used , it wood be cheaper to just buy one and sit on the couch scratching your ass , but your looks great job
