So glad I stumbled across this video. I was only able to have the 42" Karlby delivered to me, the smaller one was OOS. Not many people work this oversized Karlby, but after seeing this video, it's super nice to know I can buy the smaller Karlby later on and make me a MEGA DESK!

Absolutely and the wider 42" countertop works way better for larger ultrawide screens or TV's where you need the extra distance from your seating location.

Amazing video IKEA really is a world changer when it comes to budget desk builds, also more expensive ones might not even gonna look as good, to be honest. However, cable management will be really easy on this kind of a table to hide them I don't know what you were on about but put some time and money to buy the right cable managing equipment and it will look nice. Also, watch TechSource PC setup wars he explains it on all of his videos how you can hide the cables but overall great video :)

If you need to go around a corner with "waterproofed" LED strips just cut a slit in the silicone where you need it to bend at.

Good video, but here's my objection. This isn't a corner desk so much as 2 perpendicular desks. I want to sit right in the corner with 3 monitors curved right around me and plenty of room to stretch my feet. That isn't possible here because of the supports and the join.
