This is by far the most honest and best attempt of building a 3d printer from (mostly) scrap parts.
I like recycling projects...Great build!

Incredible my friend. It´s the first time I have seen a DIY 3D printer and I´m wondered! Cheers from Argentina!
It’s amazing. People like you are smart enough to do this, and are not rich and famous, and own a huge tech company
Great work Nd build Awesome project after 5 months Superb bro...
After a long time , Nice 3D printer 👍
A well build project with a sturdy design. Really liked the project bro...
Tu proyecto es colosal me encantó. Veo que tienes muchas herramientas que envidia! ( Se ve que posees mucho conocimiento y por eso te admiro me suscribo e intentaré hacer my 3D printer. Thanks again for your help.
Nice video👌👌👌
Super amazing cool project I love it 👍👍👍👍👌👌👌
My brother and i made this project . It works like a real 3D printer Awesome
just awesome!!! bt we need more clearance like the name of the instruments clearly...
Projeto muito top Parabens Parabens mesmo vc ajuda muitas pessoas com esses projetos.
It would be very interesting to have the .ino file instead of the .hex file in order to calibrate the stepper motors so the 3d printer would work correctly. In addition we would need the characteristics of dvd motors (steps/rev, rating) to programme the arduino sketch. Thanks for sharing your printer.
I really appreciate your work !

Wow! May I ask how accurate the cube came out please? I have been thinking of doing something similar but with a dremel type flexible end on it. The idea being to make small pcb's and engrave plastics and perhaps soft metals.
After long Time Great Video

I really like how you used 2 stepper motors for the x and y motion, my question is, wouldn't they wear out pretty quickly since they arent designed for this application?

Классный самодельный 3D принтер. Лайк
Nice built with minimum equipments. Carry on friend...
mmm I'm not sure about endstops! I tried to use them on my "DVD drives laser engraver" but the motors haven't enough force to activate the momentary switch
Great project; excellent presentation. I would think that you may get better prints if you can find a way to shorten the distance from filament stepper and hot end.
Bro you are a living genius

Man !! You are genius bro !!
bonuse points for not squaring the axis so the cube isnt entirly square! gotta love eyeballing the angles! The question is can you now use this to print a better 3d printer to be continued.

Muy buen video, voy a ver si lo puedo intentar, tal vez con mejoras, y una forma distinta de manejarlo, pero lo veo como un exelente inicio.
I love how the print thats on the heat bed thats in the thumbnail is a different colour to what is actually being put in the extruder😂😂😂 sorry man i dont mean to hate btw great job it looks amazing👍
@GeorgeZaharia

it's the same milling machine, check the plastic cable (is still green, he only changed the cube/printed thing ) only the object was colorized so it looks better... green isn't really a good color for thumbnail that small... he is amazing though fkin made this stuff home, however i bet he researched it for a long time before he learned it himself.
I'm curious.. what is the maximum height for print? Great tutorial, thank you !

Great job for a first time 3D printer project! Can you provide the dimensions of the aluminum frames and the correct distance from the extruder to the acrylic platform?
great Up Cycling and crisp video.
Good creativity Tapendra. Keep it up.

Amazing work, it is great idea how to make small thing with big mind :-)
can I use another DVD writer to change floppy drive?
Hello sir , Can u tell me on which software the design are made ...
Very nice!!! Very inspirational!
Its sooogood clean and nice but how do you get this aluminium components panel
Are bhai... Your work is awesome but_ You must have to give the examples of 2 or 3 3D Objects and the clear view of the objects... You are like just skipping it !
So, with this setup, what are the maximum dimensions of plotted objects?
Salut to you man great creativity I think you software ingeniour keep it up
aawesome!! thanks for showing me something so clever and interesting, this kind of video gives me confidence, and gives me inspiration. thank you!

Very good idea, I may also build one based on it. If only you could enhance the strength of support structure for better stiffness, better precision can be expected.
