I would never add Adsense to my blog, years ago they cut my KZread channel off because of a blog. There are a lot of bots online. Never, ever add Adsense to a blog if you have a KZread channel. Side question- what are you using for video recording?

Anything is better than adsense. Not only the revenue is peanuts, it's not remotely user friendly. For some reason it always failed to work on my blog and I had 20k sessions/day. I don't even bother with it. Once I have enough traffic on my new blog I'll go straight to ad networks. Live and learn.

Hey Adam, thanks for the video Please I have a question out of the video subject, it's about guest blogging: In 2020 Google clearly said that "do follow links in guest posts have zero value" and links within guest posts should be no follow. My question is: How are we going to relay on guest blogging for building links if this is the case? How did you succeed to do that? Or they don't mean what they say? Thanks in advance

There is a catch 22. You need affiliate links and you need ads. When you apply to the various companies to get these products they deny you because you are not monetized. What do I do ? By the way I got kicked out of Amazon because I made no sales .

You can blend the creative and business side of it and make it your own personal brand. How to grow a t-shirt business, selling your art, top print of demand companies, dropshipping suppliers, best airbrush kits, etc.

I started with adsense and I feel hemmed in right now. Mine is an indian entertainment blog and the traffic is great (600k users per month) but adsense hardly makes $700 pm. How do I shift gears? Feeling pretty lost :(

I don't think you'd want to. For Mediavine, I added a WordPress plugin and it ads the ads site wide. I can then choose individual articles to turn them on and off on. But you can't really layer multiple ad networks on top of each other; I don't think that's allowed.

You can look at it in an article by article basis. And it depends on how lucrative the potential commissions are. I'd aim for at least 100 sessions to an individual article per month.

Yes, ad networks allow you to turn them on or off on a post-by-post basis.

You need a good amount of traffic to make money from ads. Yes, it is not the first revenue stream you should target. You should go for affiliate revenue first.
