exactly!! you don't even have to use techniques, you can just repeat affirmations to yourself whenever you have free time to think and you will get your desire so freaking fast!

I used to be really intimidated by fernanda, but now that she says things that relate to me like the crying everyday and stuff it just made her seem like a way more relatable girl that’s trying to get through life too. I am sorry it was hard but I’m glad to hear you are doing better

I got my permit 5 days ago and yesterday I drove for the second time and went on the highway and I was scared because I was going faster than I ever had. I realized that I have to be comfortable being uncomfortable.
