Hello Friends In this video I have tried to give you detailed information about how to make Universal Battery Charger for Lead Acid (UPS) Battery, Lithium Iron, Lithium Phosphate Battery. I hope this video will prove useful for you.

1. Identify the voltage and current of the battery you need to charge
2. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage same to the charge voltage
3. Potentiometer Adjustment Direction: Clockwise (increase), counterclockwise (decrease)
4. Use the multimeter in 10A current scale to measure output short-circuit current, and adjust the current potentiometer to make sure the output current to the expected charging current value
5. The charge current of transfer lamp is default 0.1 times of the charging current (constant current value)
6. Connected the battery and start charging, while charging for the first time do not connect load.
While Charging Lithium ion batteries if the lithium ion battery voltage is low. If use the constant voltage charging directly. Due to high pressure the battery may damage. So to mitigate that risk the module has a built-in feature to use the constant current charging at low levels and the automatic switch back to the constant voltage charging once the battery reaches saturation level.

Hello sir this is a very nice charger but it does not have a battery disconnect feature which comes with the e-riksha charger. In e-riksha charger the relay automatically disconnects the battery from charger when battery is fully charged. so please make charge for lithium ion battery which has a relay to disconnect the battery from charger after full charge.

Yes 19 volt dene pr bhi output 12 volt milega... But jo output voltage lena hai usse 2 volt jayda hi input dena hoga...

Input 7 volt - 35 volt tk de sakte ho... Example : agar 10 volt output lena hai to 10 volt se jada output me dena hoga.... aur agar 18 volt output lena hai to 18 se jada input me dena hoga

Single lithium cell ko aap 4.2 volt set krke charge kr sakte ho but bms use krne se jb output loge to cell ko over discharge aur short circuit protection feature milta hai... Isliye bms jruri hai

LiFePO4 lithium phosphate battery ke liye bms 1s me 2 Amp aur 8,10 &12 Amp me aata hai aap apne output load ke according lifepo4 1s bms module purchase kr sakte ho but charging voltage 2 Amp 3.65 volt set krna hoga
charging full setting kaise karni hai yah kuchh samajh mein nahin aaya, kisi ke pass agar ful charge battery nahin Ho to vah ful charge setting kaise set Karen, ampere set karne ke liye kya meter ko parallel lagana padega, meter damaged to nahin hoga

بھائی، اس بیٹری میں 6+6 سیل ہیں جس کے نامینل وولٹ 21 بنتے ہیں۔ (3.7×6=21)۔ لیکن سیل کی فل چارج وولٹ تو زیادہ نہیں رکھنے ہوتے؟ 4.2×6=25.2 (4.2 ایک سیل کی فل چارج وولٹ) تو کیا 21وولٹ رکھنے سے ہماری بیٹری چارج ہو پائے گی۔ پلیز سمجھا دیں
