Well at least you put your money into a hard asset! Checkout biggerpockets.com maybe consider moving into another property in 1 year or two and renting out the first one.

Stop falling for the “Trend Trap”. I completely agree, get good at what you are able and the rest will follow. Networking also has made me a lot of money.

Yep I used to and it just led me to going nowhere. If you can network and can speak with wealthy people it opens so many doors. I recently met a man worth over $100 million and it changed the way I think entirely.
Basically get good at what you already do for money before moving on to a new thing. Too many opportunities these days and its easy to get lost trying to chase the next thing.

Yep I had to just be laser focused and when I did it all started working. Too many distractions
Im 18 and a good side hustle if your a teen like me is resell shoes buy shoes a flea market for cheap and flip it for more 🤝🏽
