You are one of the few people that provides a clear and concise step by step list with blunt advice. I just subscribed and I'm going back to watch more of your videos and I'm looking forward to your new videos!
Genuinely shocked you're just sharing this out for free and not exclusively inside IM / CA lmao. Insane value Daniel

i like the way you just straight up tell shit how it is, where to set our expectations, how things will get shit before they get good, and THE DETAILS IN DEPTH. This is insanely valuable, I know for a fact more content like this WILL get you to 100k this year. Best of luck brother

This is the single best video I’ve ever seen related to making money online.
I have listed first 12 minutes ,really it changed old school of thoughts inside me .congrats for being my mentor and i felt loved with content with plently of experience.
Hey Dan, I really liked this video, heaps of value thanks for putting in the work for it. I know you're figuring out KZread and I wanted to give some feedback. I feel your strength is more in line of 'preaching' rather than 'teaching', not that you can't teach, this video is an example of good teaching. A way to think about preaching is its just talking/shooting the shit, and you are really really great at that (I feel it's your unfair advantage). I found you being interviewed recently at some other channel (I think), and your energy and conviction was top tier, it revved me up and put my head in a good place which is exactly why I am watching you again. But after THIS video, even though its packed with value I didn't feel that same energy. Some ideas for content: - keep being interviewed - Interview others - Find a partner, and chat about topics - a16z is a good example of this, 2 knowledgeable bald dudes talking about business in a focused but kinda general way. Its good and pretty easy content to make if you are actually knowledgeable (which i can tell you are), I honestly think this is the best option for you. - Doing this same thing above but solo, it's possible but much harder to do, I think Dan Koe is an example of this, but again solo is tricky and even then I personally find people chatting alone is not engaging unless they NAIL the topic/packaging (which is hard to do). Anyway man, thanks for the time and effort you put in these vids, I just wanted to throw some value back.

I'll give you the answer. You are presumably talking about the "Drop-Servicing" model. Here, hiring a cleaner to do the fulfillment while you handle all the other BizOps is alright. I would recommend going on-site to your first few jobs to have a basic idea of what is happening.

@@perseuscameron Sounds good, yes I would start with family members taking the first few jobs and seeing exactly what procedures are needed. Hey Daniel, I’ve been sending out personalized outreach emails for copywriting to CPG brands. What percentage of them should respond if it’s a good script?
@danielfazio

It’s not the script it’s the offer & angle & all of the other variables I mentioned. You need everything. If you feel like it isn’t working, you’re probably right, and you need to start doing everything I talked about
Why do backend clients have highest LTV & traffic generation lowest ? Any specific reasons?
@danielfazio

If you're buying Traffic Conversion & Backend offers it's an indicator you're an established company with healthy revenue. Companies with healthy revenue tend to continue having healthy revenue & be more stable - which includes sticking with the service providers they use for these functions

One time you said that you paid more than 3k/mo for your video editor. But in this case, it's hard for your video editor to bring you 30k (x10 as shown in the video). So on what basis do you decide to spend that money?
@danielfazio
2 ай бұрын
I just believed the quality was worth it. You can’t hyper measure everything. That’s why I said the rule is “generally” true. There’s variance in everything and you need to invoke some actual sentience & critical thinking to determine what you can charge based off the audience & type of person you’re selling to
When you say, work for free, do i have pay for the software, or is that the only thing the client pays for?
@danielfazio
2 ай бұрын
If there is software or costs (like ad spend) associated with anything you do - always make the client pay for it, whether that be them directly paying for it, or included in a price you're making them pay. Do not ever go negative in terms of money for a client - only negative in Time. If they are unwilling to spend small amounts on infrastructure costs like this, they weren't going to be a paid client at any point anyway

Do not ever go negative in terms of money for a client - only negative in Time.
