Hello, Unfortunately, the mask is leaking water and there are few gravels in both parts and I cannot dismantle the orange part to clean them. I don't know how they went inside. It would great if you can also share how to clean the mask when there are some unwanted objects that exist in the parts.

Hey. I can't detach/ dismantle the snorkle from the mask. Any advice? When I try to do it based on the video, I get worried that I'll break some component on the joint. Thanks.

I finally got it out of the mask after tugging for a good 5 mins and it punched me in the face 😅

I brought one last month. I wonder why is the ball in the snorkel does not close when I inhale?

After months, valves stop working so inlet and outlet air will mix. I do not understand why replacing them does not solve the problem.

What the white rubber thing? It came off the snorkel

Hi I bought that now its misting how I can fix it

@@decathlondiving thanks for the reply but i managed to fix it by taking off the mouthpiece (didn't even know it came off!) And adjusting the little circle silcone thingy. Cheers . Great mask 👍😊
