Is that possible if I change audience at conversion campaign ? I’d use broad audience for engagement campaign and switch to LLA for conversion. Hope to get your feedback. By the way, thank you so much for your video

Thanks for the video! I have a question though. If you are wanting engagement before duplicating, would it not be better to target countries with cheap clicks initially for the PPE campaign?

Oooo NOOOO definitely not - the reason is because then you're seasoning your pixel with cheap data from cheap countries etc... this means when you go to do conversion campaigns, the pixel will be looking for those people to convert which definitely isn't what you want

Hi. I run ads using engagement i followed the steps that you show in this video. I see good result but why is it I can't invite them to like my page?. Also, the ads that I run in ads manager is not visible on my facebook ads list and facebook business suite ads list or history. Are they separate? How Can I make those engagement who likes my ads post in ads manager to like my fb page.?

Good question!! Showing how many people liked your page used to be a major thing on Facebook about 5 years ago, because we were able to reach organic users without having to target them with ads. That's completely changed now, where if you post something (without boosting or without an ad), still only 1-5% (estimated) of your 'fans' would see the post. I wouldn't worry about turning them into page likes, it's not something people really focus on anymore and Facebook doesn't show it as prominently anymore, so it's not as important as it used to be :)

I have a question. I shared this tactic with a marketeer and he said ''why would you want to feed your pixel with garbage data?'' Could you please opine on his remark? Since engagement audiences aren't purchasing audiences, wouldn't it be a bad idea to populate pixel with these data?

And that's exactly why so many marketers are stuck in the old ages. I'd love to here his suggestion because the way I see it... it's pretty simple... as a new advertiser on Facebook, in a advertising world where you're up against plenty of big players (and when you have almost little to no data on your pixel) you have 2 options... either 1) Just accept really high CPMs, become unprofitable and need to close your store in a matter of 1-2 weeks. 2) Do whatever you can to lower your CPMs. How do you lower your CPMs? you feed it data. This is what this strategy does. No one said it is 'garbage data', what an archaic viewpoint this dude has. Yes, it isn't going to be conversion hungry data, but it's still people in your targeted demographics, who are still interested in the interests you're targeting. Not garbage.... targeted. If you watch the entire video, you'll also notice I mention you only need to run this for 1-3 days. Your pixel isn't being flooded by horrible data, it is simply lowering your CPM, by sending it little bits of data (for a short period of time) and then Facebook now goes, this ad must have a little bit of social proof behind it, because people are engaging and are interested. Let's show it to more people and see how it does, and BOOM, you're now in the conversion stage and getting lower CPMs. Let's fast forward 1 month... when you've been making sales and your store is still live. Do you really think you'll be worried about 1-2 days of data at the start of your campaign... which ultimately let you get conversions in the long run... of course not. It sounds like his point is to go "oh well, it is what it is, high CPMs are part of the game, good luck" - if you ask me, it's time to get a new marketer. Run a A/B test, I've used this on different stores, across different ad accounts for success on all. As I mention in the video, your CPM won't drop from $80 - $5, but it will drop, and any savings there, are surely better for you in the long run, right?

You could do it for 7 days, but the reason I say 2 is you don't want to muddy your pixel with too much bad data :)

I love your videos. You have such a happy vibe lol. But yeah I noticed some high cpms on some products vs others. What I did recently was just exclude US (which is kind of a bummer) but it has been profitable and the cpms were lower. But then cpm is totally fine for another product. Do you feel like the high cpms $40-$60 are due to bad creatives, the product or just everything combined?

You're a legend Josh! Thanks so much for commenting! Yeah it's always a little bit of a tricky one with the US, as that's where EVERYONE targets. Don't think it is bad creatives, especially if it's working on your other countries - it could just be too many people are advertising in the interests you're aiming for. Keep testing, try find smaller/less popular ones, and you'll be good to go :)

If I didn't 'edit' the video, this video would be hours in length, which people wouldn't watch. I can assure you, nothing has been faked or photoshopped or edited to look better than what it is. Nothing in any of my videos has had this done (because realistically, there'd be no point in doing it). Best thing to do is for you to give it a go and see if it works yourself.
