You’re actually one of the only ones who has a video of cutting them the right way. Everyone else cuts from the bottom and leaves the strut on there 🤦🏻‍♂️. Good job bro

Jou cant cut them good if u cut them jou destroy them so use lowering spring ore use liwering clamps ore coilovers

its easier to 1.jack up the car 2.turn the wheel to te direction your cutting your springs 3.measure where you to cut 4.cut more than half way thruw 5.drop the car 6.jack up the car and with a flat head screw driver put the spring on its perch

What country are you in? I cut the springs on my 65 mustang when I was 18 worked great, and I was glad because I needed the money for a Mallory comp 9000 distributor more than springs lol. Nice video!

It’s always best to cut half coil at a time, so you don’t cut too much and go too low. Bet this thing bottomed out on every single bump 😅

This is the longest way ever.. Mate all you do is jack the front get a grinder in there Mark your cut.. Cut the spring but not all the way through just 3/4 once cut drop the jack and the spring will snap and the coil you cut will fall out. Just be careful how many coils you cut I've made the mistake of cutting over half and the sump meeting the tarseal

It depends how many inches you cut your springs. The more you cut, the more it will get bouncy.

it is not safe at all, you want to lower you car? do it right get proper suspension.. proper suspension is for sure going to be just a little more of repairing the damage you have caused because you wanted to be cheap and cut the springs get coil overs which are adjustable if the car is still too high you can adjust it too low its adjustable...love .your car that much don't cheat been building and modifying cars for a long time
