    7 days 1-Breakfast : eggs & avocado , corn tortilla 2- Lunch : a few carbs , sweet potato , asparagus ( natural diuretic ) , protein Carb curfew coming into the night 3- Supper : cleanse salad , base cucumber , beets , something g crunchy eg celery, salad & protein , fats - dressing and walnuts release HGH , burns body fat

    Worst part is you have to like eating that stuff something that doesn't taste very good that's the reason a lot of people don't stick to them because they can't stand eating the food

    Oh what's not to like about real food. This is how everyone should eat. And you're still getting carbs, you can vary this and make it your own.

    I understand their approach but if u wanna lose weight just count calories and exercise u can have anything but obviously good to be mindful of what’s satiating and healthy

    Yes but this might be for those that don't exercise much like me but like to eat all kinds of food like they are showing here. This is not forever he said it's for a week.

    More eggs and meat. That way you get all your nutrients that those veggies don’t have.

    Because vegetarianism is a cult. Look to your ancestors for what they ate. Meat. Get out of that mindset. And don’t give me that “I don’t want to kiII anything in order to live. Just know that if an animal isn’t humanly slaughtered, it’s going to be ripped apart while still alive by predators who don’t care about your feelings.

    Best keep the weight you have. I mean you will be starving soon enough with the prices. Plus all these gimmick diets and what not to eat is total BS. Be mindful and serving size. 👌🏽
