He hasn’t answered how much money he has had in the bank / how much cash flow he had in 2008
Great info up until 53:40 then Brad asks some great questions on how he lost everything when he was only leveraged at 70%. HOME VALUES DID NOT FALL BELOW 70%...IF THEY DID then THIS GUY was overpaying for everything like GRANT CARDONE! He also avoids the questions....A 1/2 an interest point will never make or break a deal if bought correctly. NOT SURE this is the guy you want to learn Commercial Property investing from! There are other top-notch guys teaching on this subject as well with incredible track records.

Rod talks too much. He won't listen to Brads question and actually answer it. Something fishy about only owing 30% loan to value and losing it all. Seems like the real story is he didn't understand how cashflow works. I bet he spent the cashflow on toys and neglected the debt service for the properties..
