Dude I just can't believe how hard you've pushed yourself and I'm so happy for the medals you got. They're worth far more than the tears and sweats we can see on the screen, but more mental strength and self discipline behind the scene. I'm also going through a hard cut right now naturally, and I can definitely relate to what you are experiencing . Props to you for being relentless and staying disciplined throughout the prep!
jesse you just got me through the second half of my 12-3-30 treadmill walk. currently cutting to compete at Damo’s ed of year transformation show, you’ve inspired me to do another 30 minutes giving me an hour of 3mph uphill walking. i love what you’re doing and i pray to one day make as much an impact as you have on me
Ive been on a -1500 kcal cut for almost a year now. Gone from 159 kg to round 100. I have been training for 6 days a week havent skipped a day. Doubled my muscle mass. But to be honest i have nevet felt more tired and without energy. Ive gone from 45 bf to 18 bf. I am so close to my goal that i wont slack now. 6 or 7 more bf petcents and i am complete. Then i will maintain that body for the rest of my life. Gym became my passion...not a day goes by that i might lose some of the passion. Not even 1%. I am so proud of myself that words cant even describe it properly. Love to you and other fitness influencers like cbum and wesley or urs that made me this passionate about something. Love you all ❤❤❤❤️❤️
As cheerful as he looks, the mental fortitude and grit you must have to fight through a depleted workout AND cardio is crazy. Nothing but love fight on my man ❤
Thank you for your inspirational message, Jesse. Seeing you being disciplined and resisting temptations (which would yes ruin your project, but not your looks, and nobody would have the right to judge you or anything) yes a big motivation for us all. If you can do it, and if you DO DO IT for a higher goal why can't we.
Appreciate your raw honesty throughout the entire video with how u were feeling. Not many in the industry tell you these things
This is one of the best videos on KZread . You can feel the pain through the screen keep up jesse and don’t fuckin give up
Been low calorie, high cardio for 2 months. 200lbs 8/23 Down to 179lbs this morning 10/23. I was 231lbs 11/22. Came off blood pressure meds. I wanna drop 20lbs more then see what I can build. @44yo it’s about health and trying to be pain free.
Great work dude! Nobody can understand unless they’ve began a similar journey, how exhausting both mentally and physically this is- specially as you said during holidays. Amazing job! Props to Claudia too for being there for you, I’m happy you have a great support system. Truly inspiring!
ur success is what brings us entertainment man, not the other way around. Wishing you the best
thanks for sharing the real you in this journey. i can see how many bodybuilders suffer so much from mental health problems
As a martial artist I've been having a really hard time balancing my athletic training with my technical training (which takes around 6 hours a week). I've dropped a solid 6lbs since the start of the year but have barely gotten leaner or stronger (around 139lbs and 12% bodyfat at 5'7"). Videos like this really help with staying consistent. Stay relentless!
15 months ago, you inspired me to start dieting. 2 months later, you inspired me to start training at home. 3 months later, you inspired me to get a gym membership. I've been pushing hard ever since. My fitness goal: Do my first bodybuilding show before I'm 35 (I'm 31 now). Your energy also inspired me to pursue my dream job, which I'm currently going through the hiring process for. Thank you Jesse. Your inspiration GENUINELY forced me to transform into a person I barely recognize
Proud of jesse not everyone can physically and mentally go this far ❤ keep pushing stay relentless
Right on time. Thank you Jesse. I'm on week 5 now, your video give me boost.
Your consistent uploads and whole mentality behind training has helped me a ton in the past couple months, man. I was in a very dark place similar to you but seeing that it's possible not only break out of that but thrive as well as you have in life is seriously life fuel for me
50 minutes of stairs is insane
This was supremely inspiring. I’m in a cut right now and this was exactly what I needed to see. Gracias and much love amigo!
love the honesty and transparency.
Huge respect. Can’t imagine doing a bodybuilding competition. I got down to 9% once but now I never go below 12% at the end of a cut.

@@matheussalespinheiro1428 It's just too low for your body to function properly. If you wanna get below 10%, you have to basically starve yourself. Your test levels drop. You have no energy. You don't recover as well. You're usually in a bad mood. Not too mention many other possible health problems. It's just not sustainable long term. It's not even worth it short term unless you're competing. 10-12% is the lowest you can get without sacrificing your health and strength.
Only those who compete will know the pain of mood swings, extreme hunger and dehydration and the only thing that keeps you up is the sheer amount of willpower you got to win. I hope you take first place Jesse, make us proud, we're all behind you!❤

was my highest weight ever two months ago. started keto due to health reasons (pre diabetes) but ive been feeling so bad recently about my body than ever before, oddly worse than I was at my highest weight. weighed myself today and actually calculated how much I lost and I realized I've lost 24 pounds. i started feeling better then I saw your video. im not getting shredded or anything as extreme as you but as a young woman who has body issues, it truly puts a smile on my face hearing how you're pushing through too. it's not just me who feels like this literally changes every aspect of your life. ive not even worked out that much but seeing you going so far, really makes me think how I can take things even further to being, not just a different weight, but a better being
So basically a “before and after” taken the same day under better lighting and with a pump, awesome work
Jesse, thank you so much for sharing your experience and journey in as authentic a way as possible. It really helps people, like me, understand what the reality of getting to / having single digit body fat is truly like. People need more information and videos like this. @@ryangraham7012 No, you won't be weak and tired at 15% 😅 The weakness start when you get close to 10% because it's unhealthy as your body needs fat to produce the testosterone and other hormones but +12% is 100% healthy for men. And as said above, you should not try to get to 10% unless for very few weeks, for a competition, and get back above 12% once the competition is done, like most bodybuilders do.
