I have the Evenflow Pivot travel system and it works exactly the same as the uploaders car seat, this video helped me out a lot since I personally didn’t find in the instructions for the system how to loosen these and now my upcoming daughter can have a much more comfortable time in her seat. Okay so once I tighten my baby straps one side is looser than the other I have no idea how to fix that or how it happened I’ve read my manual it doesn’t have any information on exactly what the problem I’m having is.

If you're referring to the additional open slots. Those available slots are used to adjust the harness straps as the child grows in length. I've attached a video below that shows how to do that.
