I really appreciate how knowledgeable she is on posing plus size. Just the fact that she said “it’s harder to cross legs because thighs are thicker....” YAS HUNTY! Ain’t no cute crossed legs here. So she gave an alternative and that is professionalism at its core.

I love your language here Parmita. i'm not trying to pidgeon hole you but alot of Indian women who broach plus size topics on YOutube can use very negative language. this was very body positive and inclusive, and I really appreciate it.

Actually I felt so happy seeing all these tricks, because by continuous shooting of selfie videos and photos, I've already found these tricks by myself, except extending the chin forward. Due to my heavier waist, I usually sit on the edge of the seat when I'm in a public place.. And I love upper angles for close up shots.. I push away my arms from the camera.. Anyway thank you so much.. Really this video made me smile! And made me proud for finding all these tricks by myself.. Really loved your presentation... nicely rendered!

Finally.. How to pose for plus size... Great tips, especially how to pose when you are seated.. I have a physique very similar to hers... So it was very helpful for me.. Thanks

Yes! Do what you can with what you have, then learn to compensate for what you don't. (Not just physical either, mental things- say not being great at keeping a schedule- are applicable as well.)

Oh my gosh!! I am so excited and happy right now I can hardly stand it!! I just found your videos on KZread and I am totally blown away and truly amazed by you and Olga!! I have just liked, subscribed, and rang that notification bell. All my life I have always avoided the camera because I would never ever look like anything but a hot mess. Now I will certainly try as many tips and ideas you have given to not only take better pictures, but to dress better for my plus size shape, to pose better so I can look my best, and to be confident in myself, and hopefully one day to eventually love myself.. I especially liked the tip for the double chin and chubby cheeks. I am also an older woman who has wrinkles, and sagging neck area. Please do a video to help with that problem to make it less noticible, such as what kind of hairstyles to wear, what makeup to use, colors to use, and how to apply it, and how to contour face for sagging neck and double chin, how to pose better so you don't look much older than you really are, etc. Those are my main concerns, but would LOVE, LOVE to see any and all kinds of videos for us much older plus size women!!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH for your videos!! You have literally just changed my life for the better!! Keep up the great work ladies!!

I'm a big fan of Parmita and she gave plenty of good tips but I gotta day the language was a bit disappointing. Asking her if she thought there was room from her among beautiful and skinny women? Uhhh there are tons of curvy youtube bloggers. Such a back handed insult. The all black outfits while shes in color I was disappointed. More positivity please next time when doing a plus size video.

This was such a useful video Parmita. I usually shun away from pics because I usually tend to look very obese in them I will definitely try this out. In the first video u had said that if we wear clothes which crunch at the waist with a belt we tend to look less wider but that doesn’t work for me. I have a wider waist and hip than my bust and wearing a belt or a dress which holds at my waist or above makes me look wider, can u tell me what kind of dresses can really help me out with my type of figure
