Making better videos takes time

Jose I know you also do some running. I’ve been going to the gym for a few years now but have recently started to do some running, but I’m worried to do too much running incase I end up loosing weight, which is not what I want. Do you have any advice on that?

Any advice for someone who wants to build muscle but works a labor-intensive job?

I did walmart white strips.. name brand is called equator. Says on the box it doesn’t harm enamel. Used it for 2 weeks straight. Didn’t have any major issues. A little sensitivity but it went away

What I did was: - Drink more water - Cut out/consume less dairy - Reduce any excess stress in your life (This was a huge one for me!) - and of course, skincare routine (Wet face, cleanse, wash off cleanser, dry face by patting down it towel, moisturize) Hope this helps! Lmk if u have questions
