actually helped me understand better, i’ve been trying to really get to work on music for a long time and now i got garage band with the least i have i can learn and work for future projects.

I cannot stress HOW pleasing your editing style is for me! I love making music and I am always looking for garageband tutorials, but they are usually hard to follow and keep my focus (ADHD). @@baolvsq for real! ADHD is so misunderstood by most people without it.. it’s so much more problematic than “just” being hyper & having trouble focusing.. it’s real hard. but that hyperfocus and creativity tho…

This is really an informative and legit lofi "how - to" , and it's about as good as you're gonna get, for iOS Garageband , which isn't a bad DAW, but let's be real, free usually means, ya get what ya pay for, iOS GB is , as Yuki says, not too shabby

1 go to KZread and copy the link of the video. 2 go in a “KZread to mp3” on internet ( search “KZread to mp3” ) 3 export the mp3 file on document ( or an app like this, but I think document is the best. ) 4 export the mp3 file on “GarageBand files” ( something like that 5 when you are on GarageBand, click on the loop on the top right, select your files and search your mp3 file I don’t know if I was clear

That melody made me cry

This is a great video, however diminished chords are strange chords?

Can you explain what you mean by “support the chords”? I’m new to learning this and trying to understand. How should I create a melody which works well with the chords? Do I stick to the same notes that are within the chords? Is there some video or channel you can recommend to learn all of this stuff?

That’s a good place to start. I usually start with a key or scale. Then I select my chord progression. Then selecting from the notes in my scale, I create a melody. You can use the chord and play the root of that chord the instant the chord is played. But don’t limit yourself to the root or the notes in the chord for the melody. Use all the notes in the scale.

hello this tutorial was helpful but i had alot of struggles doing it for example didnt know i had to download music packs to get the right sound next time show us what pack was in it so it lets us know if we got the pack or not

I like the piano and drums, but the the transition is a bit weird, and some of the details you put in dont fit :/. Over all, very good for making lofi!
