What's the length of the dumpster?

Does your truck and trailer need CDL or is it under 26k that setup?

Great tips! I just bought a used Nedland 16k trailer that I'm rehabbing. I'm up in Gainesville. Really wanted to go with a Udump because it's local, but man it's hard to justify when comparing to the beefyness of a nedland

I have the udump. Not worth the money. Spend the extra on something worth it. Up in Gainesville myself.

This was super helpful!! One question, what if you’re not able to have your truck/trailer straight? Like you have the truck on one side of the house and the trailer on the other at a 90 degree angle

It won’t work unless your pretty straight, if you are a little off you can correct the truck as you are pulling under the dumpster. This is the best way to get your dumpster on in any soft surface without trenching the yard with the dumpster rollers. I keep a wheel chock handy in case things start to free roll I can put it down to stop the rig

Those are nice trailers but they don't have a distributor in California

BP is great. I have a BP now. It does pull better, and I kinda feel maneuverability is a bit better, but I would rather the GN. Puts a more even load on the axle, can carry more weight, and I like the way it looks better.

I'm thinking of getting a ram 2500 Cummins... Do you think that truck will be strong enough to pull 15 yard dumpsters?

It wasn't overloaded, it was just on the grass which can make it hard for the wheels to spin. This was more for how not to tear up the customers grass.
