I love the first scene when he takes the pill and then starts cleaning, most people would assume he'd start inventing or try to make money right away.. this is the misconception with success. Success starts from the moment you wake up, if you wake up to a messy room/home, and you don't clean or take care of it, how do you expect to do this in your career/life?

This is actually inaccurate. People with higher intelligence are notoriously known to have ocd because they notice things more, they are also more organized because organization takes alot of mental effort, you have to think about how you will be interacting with that thing and how that thing will be interacting with other things. People with a higher intelligence are better able to organize things, because it’s easier for them to do so. It’s not some “plan” for success that they follow, it just comes naturally to them. Another thing, is that they’re also notoriously known to have very messy work places, because of distractibility, they will work on one thing and it will consume their focus that they will not notice their mess. The same thing happens with lower IQ people, they will be doing something and they will be easily distracted or won’t think about how one thing interacts with the other and create a mess. It’s not about success, it’s about accessibility. What organization does help with is not having little things like thinking that you have to wash the dishes, be a distraction while you want to do higher works, you get rid of hurdles from your mind.

Easy. I dont care about my personal life. Thats why I have only visited my sister 1 time in the last 5 years. But I never call out or take vacations which are both paid for, and I dont care about my health so I pound 3 energy drinks and work harder then everyone else. Im all-in, do you think I worry about whether my room is clean or not. Sometimes i get the urge, but otherwise Im reading 1 of my 5 books that im reading simultaneously or checking the market.

Damn, I feel this. I'm 21 years old, moved out of my parents house and now I've been left with feeling with demons. Behind on school work. Started drinking , doing drugs, porn, hanging out with the wrong crowd that now don't even call me anymore. And now I had post-covid symptoms. I'm seeing a therapist but the moment I hit my bed, I can't shake that feeling that life just gets tough. Years of trauma, for what? I didn't sign up for this. But I really feel this video man. I just want to be *like* him whilst still being me.

@@Leperking4922 I suggest to find an authentic teacher who convinces you, practicing a traditional discipline such as Zen or Tibetan Buddhism. Read about shinay meditation, which is a method to calm down the mind. In many scripts such superpowers are called ordinary abilities achieved as a byproduct of maintaining a very clear mind. The extraordinary abilitity is to practice compassion for all sentient beings. We are not robots and need the right motivation to achieve results. This is what is missing in virtually all meditation (or rather relaxation) products.

@@SM-yr4dv Shinay is a concrete method. In its simplest form, it could be just focusing on some object as you breath in and out. When you get distracted, just get back to the object of focus. You can also count the breaths to make a session. In any case it requires patience. There is plenty of information available, just search the term. It's also called samata or shamata in sanskrit.

as someone who has a very bad case of ADHD this is almost how I felt the day I took my first dose hahaha. I literally came home, almost had tears in my eyes because I could finally focus. I started cleaning the house first because I just couldn't believe I was living in such condition... then I got some major work done. Sadly only the first few days was like that and then it started to slowly lose effectiveness. It still helps but not as limitless like as at the start hehe
