I cook my rice water because tap water is extremely toxic these days. I also prefer brown rice because it's more potent than white rice. Rice starts off being brown and is processed by being polished losing its nutrients.

Vitamin C serum Vitamin E oil Turmeric oil Tee tree oil Added to the rice water
Using too many facial washes and cleansers at the same time for cleansing your face will eventually strip off all the natural oils mutch needed for as the skin is aging.
