What I should do,because my mother in law is harassing me very badly ,physical and mentally harasement she does with till now

As per shastras , After marriage ,The in-laws should be treated like parents by a girl. Of course there will be harsh in-laws subjecting some to torture. But our epics describe about the patience of Sathee Sakku Bai and Meera Bai. We have to believe in our Karmas and divert our attention to spirituality and ignore them OR be tactful and get into their good books. There is no other go.
