A mi me paso y quiero compartir,,,,la puerta de abajo, la del congelador cerraba hasta la mitad, y cuando lograba por fin cerrarla, se escuchaba un tronido,,, lo que pasaba era que abajo de la puerta tiene un travesaño atornillado y en uno de los extremos el tornillo se quebró dejando suelta esa parte y por lo mismo se bajaba y no dejaba pasar completamente la puerta,, y ya miré que solo se trataba de reemplazar el tornillo quebrado,,,😊😊
