This video is about how to level Allen Roth Motorized Blinds. In 3 easy steps. Step 1. Open the bottom and check if your rope did not got cought around the plastic structure. It should slide only on shiny metal rods that play a role of rollers.
Step 2. If step one didnt work. Factory reset your shade to make it unwind all the way to the bottom. What it does? Some time over time after many many up and down cycles the rope unevenly winds unwinds on the drum inside the motor. So unwinding it all the way is reseting it and insures even winding from zero and up.
Step 3. If steps one and 2 didnt work. That means for what ever reason the very top of your rope is hanging unevenly. At points where it attaches to plastic buttons. Maybe at factory when people was leveling it up the rope was around the plastic in bottom compartment and they made it even but later during transportation or during use rope got uncaugt from plastic piece in bottom compartment. And shade bacame uneven. Also if on top rope attached weakly to the plastic button it can slide down over time. So the last solution if step 1 and 2 is done and shade is still uneven. You need to disconnect the rope from button on the side of the shade that hangs lower, And connect it back at the same distance as the other side.
