Lao Tzu - How To Let Go (Taoism)
In this video we will be talking about how to let go from the philosophy of Lao Tzu. Lao Tzu was an ancient Chinese philosopher who is known to be the founder of Taoism and the writer of Taoism’s most sacred text, the Tao Te Ching.
So with that in mind, here are 6 things we need to let go of and more importantly how we can let them go from the wisdom of Lao Tzu-
01. Letting Go Of The Past
02. Letting Go Of The Future
03. Letting Go Of Someone
04. Letting Go Of The Desire to Rush Things
05. Letting Go Of Excess
06. Letting Go Of Your Ego
We hope you enjoyed watching the video and hope this video, how to let go, from the philosophy of Lao Tzu, will help you to simplify your life.
Taoism is a Chinese philosophy attributed to Lao Tzu which contributed to the folk religion of the people primarily in the rural areas of China and became the official religion of the country under the Tang Dynasty. Taoism is therefore both a philosophy and a religion. Taoism teaches to embrace wonder and the joy in living gracefully with style. Lao Tzu was an ancient Chinese philosopher and writer who is known to be the founder of Taoism. He is also credited as the writer of Taoism’s most sacred text, the Tao Te Ching and his words can apply to people all over the world.

Lao Tzu says “Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don't resist them; that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like”. We hope that you enjoyed this video and for more videos to help you find success and happiness using ancient philosophical wisdom, don’t forget to subscribe. Thanks so much for watching.

Seek the LORD while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near -Isaiah 55:6 A number of years ago, I read a story about a man who set up a nativity scene on his front lawn, but some vandals came along and stole the baby Jesus. The man was quoted as saying, “They’ve taken my Jesus, and I don’t know where he is.” I thought, “Sir, those people did not take your Jesus. They took a plastic figure, probably with a light bulb inside, that’s a representation of Jesus. But that wasn’t Jesus.” We can’t lose Jesus, but sometimes people lose sight of the real Jesus, especially during the Christmas season. Of course, we have responsibilities, families, and things we need to do, but let’s find ways to share the real message of Christmas. It’s easy to transition a conversation to what the Christmas season is really about: the birth of Jesus Christ. Let’s not allow the busyness of the season to crowd Jesus out of our lives. We need to slow down, listen to the Lord, and stay in close fellowship with Him. Even if you’ve been so busy that you haven’t paid as much attention to Him as you should, He’s patiently waiting for you to return. Jesus walked in our shoes, breathed our air, died our death, and rose from the dead. Is Jesus Christ living inside you? If not, I hope you’ll soon believe in Him. He wants to forgive all your sins. He wants to be the Lord of your life, not just at Christmastime but every day of the year. He’s an everyday Jesus, and He’s here for you right now. Jesus, who was born in Bethlehem, died on the cross, and rose from the dead, is standing at the door of your life and knocking. If you’re not sure that he’s living inside you, will you open the door and ask Him to come in?

@@faith9505 Jesus is not Christ. He never told anyone he is Christ. Jesus actually specifically told us not to believe in or follow the Christ or the false prophets because they are vultures who feed on dead meat, Matt 24:23-28. Christ the Messiah, the Son of God, is not a man but an idea, a concept which when it comes, it comes flashing like lightning from the east (China, India) to the west (Middle East and Europe). Jesus is 500 years younger than Lao Tzu. He is not a Christian nor is he a religious man. He is a Taoist, a Buddha. He loves God and loves his enemies. May the love and the peace of Jesus be with us.

MAGNIFICENT ❤️ Flow with life ✨️Reading or painting 🖼 Here and now. The present. Lao- Tzu. "Gravity is the root of lightness; stillness, the ruler of movement ♥️ Also, To him who holds in his hands(of the invisible,) the whole world repairs. Men resort to him and recieve no hurt, but (find) rest, peace, and the feeling of ease." Who needs 10 cars, multiable homes? One's ego? All things are impermanent. The rivers keep flowing to the seas. Thank you for these videos. ✨️✨️✨️

You can flow with the river for a while, but eventually you must struggle for land or you will be drowned at a waterfall or an ocean. There is no such thing as here and now because the moment you realized something happened, that is already history. There is no future either because tomorrow has not happened and may not happen as far as we can tell. Gravity ??? LOL !!! What is it ? God ? What is God ? What gravity is and what God is are unobservable and unknowable by us humans. Dao De Jing 1.1, Dao that we can described is not the eternal Dao. There is no invisible hand. There is nothing to repair. There is no hurt. There is no rest, peace, or ease. There are only cars, homes, and ego. All things are permanent except our perception. What we perceive is not real. What is real we cannot perceive. We can see, taste, smell, feel an apple or hear the sound the apple made falling to the ground (by the law of gravity, presumably). But we cannot see, taste, smell, touch, or hear the life, the DNA, or the molecules in the apple that made the apple a real apple and not just an image of an apple. What we humans can perceive is just illusions of what is real. May the love and the peace of Jesus be with us.

Unwanted habits sometimes may be subjective based on individual perception and perspective. There are times that what other deemed to be an unwanted habit is in fact what I need at that point of time. Experience is a big part of life and I don't really believe in following everything blindly to the tee as every individual is different and we are also not robots, I would rather try out everything and go with the flow to learn and define my own experiences. Building up sufficient experiences both good and bad, going through sufficient experiences both up and down in life makes you gain a more complete view about the things around you. When your understanding and view of things are more complete, you are closer to the truth as with each experiences your view and understanding becomes increasingly accurate. I think having a varied experiences offers a broader view about things while also showing you the complexity of things in real life and not everything is black and white which makes you slow to judge as you know that there is more than meet the eyes. It makes you better equip to assist others as you been through it before so you can better understand and relate even though you might not necessarily be able to solve their problem entirely since everyone is different even though we might be going through the same thing.

Going with the flow guarantees that you will be drown at a waterfall or at the ocean. Since all things happens inevitably, don't go with the flow but create you own flow for others to follow. Never let go. Let be and make your own inevitable inevitable, aka take charge of your own destiny and let others take charge of theirs. May the love and the peace of Jesus be with us.

my mentor taught me that you must "embrace your blind spot" and admit it. You also have to take issues like that and Buddha siad "invite your problems to tea" The message was "in a pleasant way, FACE IT and DEAL WITH IT. I have a partner, we are not in the same room. I admit my blind spot. When i think about how we are different sometimes, i "invite it to tea" it brings calm. She will get better mentally. It just requres me to be patient.
