How to LEARN to dance POPPING DANCE step by step 2020 [CLASS 1 - POP CONTROL]

Welcome to the 1st of the POPPING DANCE COURSE basic steps.✨
In this class we will teach the basic concepts and steps of POP CONTROL. Also, I will leave you exercises to practice until the next class.

Today we are going to talk about the "hits" or "pops" of arms and knees. The word htis is hardly used anymore in the Poppers community the term pops is used more.
The pops are muscular contractions that we do to the rhythm of the music, this movement is characterized by popping. Long before popping became popular in the 1970s, it was used by street dancers.
Pops are made with the following body parts:
✅ Arm, wrist, the muscle called brachioradialis and the triceps.
✅ Neck.
✅ Shoulders.
✅ Chest.
✅ Knees.
We will focus on the arms and on the knees. To achieve these pops we have to take into account that the more we repeat the movements, the better we get. The exercises will be the task that you will carry out to improve them. Practice the exercises with a time of 2 minutes each.
