I have been training FMA for amount five months; white sash. I find it my balance and coordination improving, and it is just fun doing these drills. I am glad I found this channel to augment my training. Our current rotation is unarmed hand-to-hand and one stick blocks and counters.

I'm gonna ask a spirit to teach me Tapi-Tapi by saying "Tapi-tapi po"
