Your kidding me his RAD!

Just completely smashed/broke my femur in a motorcycle accident and now have metal rods and bolts all down my right leg. I used to do a bunch of tumbling and flips that I learned from your videos :) now in focussing on recovery and just enjoying your new vids and looking forward to hopefully being able to do this again in the future. Thanks for all the brilliant tutorials

@@sirkyan9463 wow I forgot all about this comment. I'm doing great thanks for asking! Training for my first marathon in November. Legs recovered really nicely. Managed to get my round off back handpsring and back tuck back after only 13 months of recovery as well. When you have a traumatic injury you can either let it break you or make you better than you ever thought possible.

A really big help would be you learning the trick on your non-domimant side. This would not only serve as a challenge to you but help identify some pitfalls when youre not used to the motion itself.
