Oh I actually thought that one is some other method to get into handstand...since 3 days I was trying to lift my legs up after this "part one" position😅....now I got it, I gotta practice part 1 for a few days once I'm comfortable with this position, I am supposed to start doing part two...thank you so much!

My issue is that it makes me want to vomit because of the pressure on my head. Are there any exercises to get my head used to being in this position with this pressure?

I recommend revisiting the foundation set up in this video to help you get used to weight bearing on your head. If you need to take it down a notch don't walk the feet in, but just send some time with the head and hands on the amt in position to help desensitise the head and get used to being here.

Yes you can practice on an empty stomach if that is what you prefer.
