Probably the best introduction to AWS ever created. I've been using the cloud for 4 yrs and have never seen the entire suite presented & introduced so clearly.

Thanks for this wonderful video. It really clarified where I need to focus.
My go to channel whenever in doubt. Thanks!
Great Video. One of the best on your channel. Thanks a ton!
That's one of the most amazing videos on AWS\Devops I've ever seen brother!! please continue sharing more videos about Devops\devsecops + Cloud like that one!! thx again!
You’ve got the best explanation format ever, I’ve always tried to wrap my head around how to specifically utilize AWS to my advantage as a newbie in the cloud computing niche and you just explained everything explicitly, thank you so much 😊
Good Description. Thank You !!
You have been an integral part of my AWS journey, Thank you so much. SAA certified and now going for my DEV. Appreciate the content!
Fantastic. Thanks for this. The hardest part is knowing where to start and it can be so overwhelming.
Simply awesome, very informative, what a great tutorial, thank you.
This is great. I have an AWS Assoc Architect certification and a few years of AWS work... and this was a fantastic learning experience I wish I had had years ago. Can't wait to give it to a friend that asked how to learn the cloud.
I just stumbled on your channel! Man, you have a way of explaining things in a simple way! Good job!

Great! Thank you for this superb video
Thanks for sharing. This is a very good clear presentation and it helped me understand things better as far as where and how to start with AWS. Im working as Network Admin right now and trying to move over to DevOps side or the AWS Networking.
I havent seen a better video on AWS overview on youtube. Great stuff man. Appreciate your work.

thnx a lot man !! I am a mobile dev, learning to get into backend, was trying to explore AWS !! I guess most of the mention n this video u did covered in ur channel but I guess they r scattered, it will be extremely helpful for many newbies like me to explore ...if you make a playlist like specifically for DataEngineers, FrontEnd and BackEnd. End of the day, Ur channel is so helpful man !! Thanks a ton brother.

Wonderful roadmap, very useful. I see most of existing videos covers Frontend and Backend concepts, do you have any plans to create videos briefing on Data Engineering topics like Glue, Redshift, Athena ?
AWE-some overview given the plethora of ever-growing AWS services! Nice share, thank you. What IS missing, even from some of the raved about "trainings" is this grouped logic of hands-on projects..as opposed to the ENTIRE (boring) AWS curriculum in one swallow!

You depicted this stuff as an absolute stunner, cheers'
Best AWS specialty roadmap I've seen. My only suggestions would be S3 belongs in Common and DE needs RDS and Lambda. IMO, your site is the go-to place for AWS. Thanks.
It's an outstanding presentation..

This channel is criminally underrated. I started using Azure and AWS 6 months ago. Having tried both solutions, I like AWS more, but also the number of services is overwhelming in the beginning. This video is extremely valuable in giving an overview of all the services

While I am not new to AWS, this is a refreshing "categorization" of tracks and services pertaining to each. In terms of "common" tools, maybe SAM or the aws cli should be mentioned in the "common" column?
@BeABetterDev
2 жыл бұрын
Hey rolucic, thanks for pointing this out. I'm not sure how I feel about SAM anymore with the introduction of CDK. It feels like theres significant overlap in the two but I figured CDK is more futureproof. Your point about the CLI is an excellent one. It was silly of me to not include that! Thanks again for your feedback and kind words. Daniel

@@BeABetterDev Hi, Yes, I am conflicted also about SAM vs SDK. What I can say is that I've opted for CDK (Python "flavor") but there are still a lot of samples out there using SAM. Seems to me AWS is conflicted about this also. One other point could be that if you don't know any of the languages that can be used by CDK (Java, JavaScript, Python...) and you are "OK" with YAML (or JSON) then SAM might be the way....
Through your videos someone can become an AWS cloud computing professional.
😍🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝 thanks for sharing this valuable information
Any videos/ playlists that cover the common topics?
Where is EMR? Also, the services you have put in Backend dev are also used in Data Engineering.
Searching for gold....but got diamond like channel...
Thanks for great video ! Important question : someone wanting to be a AWS cloud developer like say data engineer what language skills are needed I mean python or Java ? Or something else One of biggest confusions about cloud is what language I should invest time without getting obselete

As a cloud engineer you will use everything.
Is Back end more associated with Solutions Architect than Front end?
May I know what software you used to present this video?
@BeABetterDev
2 жыл бұрын
Hi Chen, I used Adobe Photoshop.
You forget EMR, For data engineering
At 1:06...isn't that backwards? Shouldn't it be in an availability zone, you can have one or more data centers? An availability zone consists of one or more discrete data centers.

You forgot to add msk, kinesis, emr in data engineering
i would argue that DevOps should really know MOST if not ALL of those services so the fact DevOps only has a few is not at all accurate. As a DevOps Engineer I am expected (and rightfully so) to know most of all those services or at the very least be similar to what Backend has so not sure why this guy makes DevOps look so easy in his chart

Hi Joey, I agree that as a dev ops engineer it requires a lot of breadth. Thanks for calling this out.
Terraform vs CDK?
rds serverless is too much of a scam, hate that cz basic cost is a lot per month. much more cheaper to use dynamo db
please those who dislike the video , could you tell us why you haters ?
Your forgot AppSync........ which should come in Front end
