I've been trying to land the cork since before May of 2018 and now after watching this like 7 times + comparing it to what I'm doing, I'm finally getting it. Landed my first cork today, going to try to incorporate the j step into it tomorrow and take it to the ground!! Oh my god I cannot believe this! I always wanted to learn cork and recently started to go to trampoline park. I will try this the next time, it looks so easy to learn just need to practise a lot!

Update: This is a very good tutorial now I am able to spin 3/4 of the way without feeling uncomfortable. Hopefully if I keep drilling these steps I will get my cork soon.

Update #2: I can now do the cork with the full spin and land on my knees! All I need now is the landing.

Haven’t gotten a cork down since 2014, had injuries, been really good at throwing double fulls but I just couldn’t get a btwist or cork for the life of me. This helped a lot, thank you!!

I learned cork a couple of weeks ago from this video and today I landed my first double cork :) (Also I tried double cork for the first time yesterday)

Thank you so much for this in depth tutorial. I've wanted to be able to spin in flips for so long, but something in my brain just didn't understand it. I looked at so many tutorials telling you to "just spin hard" which didn't help me. The specific steps laid out totally trained my brain how to do it as well as my body, and once I had the basic steps I could just spin earlier and harder to get around more and more, and I finally landed it :) I hope I can use this to figure out more spinning tricks I couldn't do before like back fulls

I think of backfull as learn, Arabian, and barani , go for an Arabian and on the frontfli bit of it, do a barani then you go a backfull, or you get an object and place it in front of you backflip and land facing it, then move it around the tramp as you twist more and more until you get full

as more of a tricker and someone who does flips as a hobby, i learned back full this way from this tutorial last summer however I do not do a gymnast style back full becuase it looks cooler in my opinion and is most efficient to do something in between a straight back full and a cork
