Wooahhh, you said car crash!! My ex literally called me at 3:30 this morning and she got into a car crash, and she was crying and saying she has nobody to call…and talking to me about why isn’t she getting on track, and why does this happen to her. And all I cared about was if she was okay. She’s the mother of my daughter. Still my wife to be honest. Separated but not divorced

Great video! Happy to hear I’m in the right direction. I’ve been enjoying my life but think of him every now & then. It made me feel bad thinking I shouldn’t be thinking about him at all but I think that’s normal. Thank you for the confirmation. ❤

Thank you, this video actually made me feel much better. During the last month - my mom passed away and the girl i used to date lost the attraction for me for my grieving. But, the second one actually doesn't matter as much.. I'm starting to feel better now, and with your videos, it's always easier. Have an amazing weekend.

You’re cracking me up! I can always count on you guys to make me laugh in sad times. I’m a Holistic Health Professional and it’s totally understandable, because your gut health is related to stressors. When in fight or flight, the digestion shuts down…

I actually got a strength buff. Coped with going to the gym. Did 200 lb lat pulldowns. I didnt know i had that in me. Later on i gravitated back to my earlier days and really dived into my Japanese exposure. Which is helping out a lot. Learning the language, customs, food, bushido etc etc.

I was actively working on myself daily and it took me three years to finally move on completely. That was with the workbooks, online course, other workbooks, and therapy. So. Stop assuming we don't work on ourselves because it takes us longer.

I talked and talked about it. It was theraphy for me. I did theraphy, looked at attachment styles, and also learnt alot about myself. Then 3 mths after, I talk and laugh about some things, I guess am at the acceptance stage. It's key to do stuff that makes you happy. But some days I do feel so emotiona or i think I saw someone like them, then feel sadish....Good to know its ok, its normal

Here’s my whale song!🤣 It really is the worst feeling - I feel worse since this breakup than I did when my Da passed! Time crawls and goes warp speed simultaneously… But, even though I’m coming up on 6 weeks NC, and I still hurt every day. But, it is true: my pain isn’t as much as “the lion’s roar” as it was the first month after the breakup. I love this woman, and I even felt she is The One prior to all of this, and I truly want her back. But, I am realising that I love me, too; I’d forgotten. That I am special; unique; and worthy. And…I’M the prize here! I gave all selflessly, unconditionally, purely - and I know and am supremely confident in what I left her with. IF she doesn’t come back, she WILL, at some point, realise who and what SHE lost, that NO ONE else could ever give her what I can and did. And, she WILL regret it for the rest of her life! YOU are the prize, guys - YOU!!! Hang strong, and be gentle with yourself - ‘this too shall pass!’

Cortisol, a stress hormone produced by your body, can give you the gurgle-guts from the stress of a breakup. It affects your sleep schedule and appetite as well.
