I’m the one who looks calm and in control on the outside, but when placed in certain situations, I cannot function at all. Example : working outside the home, my brain just shuts down completely, I end up making mistakes and get fired all the time. Yet I can do the same job, at home without any mistakes go figure.

Excellent video. I am slowly learning from these videos. I am an optimistic person with an energetic approach to life. Expressing gratitude via silent prayers is second nature to me. It transcends a specific religion...just be thankful, be mindful of what and where I am and just being grateful I am experiencing life, etc. When I face setbacks and hurdles, I reason out that time will solve all issues and then I look for more reasons to be grateful and put the issues in perspective...The simplest way is to say....Hey, I am alive, breathing, moving, functioning normally. The set-backs become less troubling. Time heals all wounds physically and mentally. It is a daily, constant practice.
