A lot of people don't realize that a straight right, properly thrown, is the hardest hitting punch. You can drive that punch right through someone if your feet are planted. Nothing else even comes close except an uppercut from a guy who can arm curl your body weight.

landing the cross become little bit different when punching you can punch both hands x motion, that the jab become (little harder) like cross punch the jab in x motion, it takes me a year of training to be able punch the jab in x with the cross , for kick boxing and muay thai looks more aggressive and i'm sure for boxing it will look more aggressive but you need to train for sometime to be able to punch with front hand like cross but without leg pivot, to not get more close to your opponent keep more in range that you can punch with the front hand jab cross uppercut and hook, i watch boxing honestly they punch differently, this is good for eddie to be familiar with jab like cross and keep more range this also can be done, i appreciate and thank you coach anthony

Another great video! I hope I am not going a bit off topic but I remember you did a video about how to make the jab longer simply by adjusting your stance or the lead shoulder and you've made, I believe more than one video, about moving to your left when jabbing with the left hand. Well, when you jab with your left and you go forward and to the left it actually increases the reach on your lead hand. Also, this is funny but you also made a video about built-in defense. Well, if an orthodox fighter jabs or does a 1-2 moving forward and to his left, that's a built-in defense as you're off the center line. So even if you hit air, it becomes harder for your opponent to check hook you as he will have to 1) step back and 2) reset his stance so he's not square to you (now your opponent might move backward and to his left throwing a check hook but you don't see it often, off the top of my head I can't remember seeing a knockdown or knockout)
