If the remote access is off then they cannot do anything unless it is switched on.

I think its working so far The hitman app and malwarebyte detected so many threats and i think i have removed them, I'm relieved thanks so much But still i cant run the avast nor Aviral antivirus apps, and whenever i open the wifi the pc still lags so bad

try resetting it with remove everything and remove drives too other wise the virus would restore
