18 Months, at least 2 months of: 2 training sessions per day, 2 hrs min per session; Sparring: after 6 months get kicked in the stomach, used to defence, movement, your natural strengths and weaknesses, exp etc. 1 year to training camp, 1x a week mid to hard sparring, not fun, lots of minor injuries, might break a toe, you will question it all at this stage. Running: shoot for 5km every other day, 15 - 30 min of rope skip before any session, get used to high heart rate for long periods.

@@OfficialStreamSagaTv effective* somewhat true for amateurs, naturals with good work ethic can cheat out wins, there is more skill separation in semi-pro/national circuits, and a further jump pro, congrats on the win, can I guess and say it was a guillotine? XD

It's funny because my goal is to be the guy you talked about with the skill to fight In the UFC but doesn't do what it takes and doesn't like it because it sucks and hurts 😂

Real fighting these days are high risk low reward probably some long term injuries to go along with it there is just not enough money in fighting to risk it these days, still train to be healthy and physically able to defend yourself, but the competition is just for fun till you get hurt
