How to knit a LEAF PATTERN | SIMPLE PATTERN

//ABOUT THIS VIDEO//
This video shows a simple leaf pattern that can be used as borders on a hat, scarf, dress, or sweater. It can also be incorporated to an item to elaborate that project.
*Steps*
cast on 13+ 6 stitches
(cast on 19 sitches in video)
knit the first 5 rows
Row 1: 3p, 4p, k2tog, yo, k1, yo, remove stitch, k1, move st over st, 4p, 3p
Row 2: knit all knits, purl all purls
(for all even rows, repeat row 2)
Row 3: 3p, 3p, k2tog, 1k, yo, 1k, yo, 1k, remove st, 1k, move st over st, 3p, 3p
Row 5: 3p, 2p, k2tog, 2k, yo, 1k, yo, 2k, remove st, 1k, move st over st, 2p, 3p
Row 7: 3p, 1p, k2tog, 3k, yo, 1k, yo, 3k, remove st, 1k, move st over st, 1p, 3p
Row 9: 3p, k2tog, 4k, yo, 1k, yo, 4k,, remove st, 1k, move st over st, 3p
Row 11: 3p, remove st, 1k, move st over st, 4k, yo, 1k, yo, 4k, k2tog, 3p
Row 13: 3p, yo, remove st, 1k, move st over st, 9k, k2tog, 3p
Row 15: 3p, 1p, remove st,1k, move st over st, 7k, k2tog, 3p
Row 17: 3p, 2p, remove st,1k, move st over st, 5k, k2tog, 3p
Repeat all 18 rows above as many times as you need to make the leaf pattern.

@Rieena Knits hi I'm afraid I'm totally lost with the pattern from row 13 onwards. The written instructions don't reflect what you're saying and because the video seems to jump from row 8 to 15, I can't work it out. Following the written instructions misses out stitches towards the end of each odd row. By the end of row 15, I only have 16 stitches every time I try it.
If you can keep knitwork we can see and leave written work plse we can read
