He probably played the charcter a convention a few months ago, got the move set down and wrote the script and said the lines ahead of time. Whats more impressive is that he was able to edit this in 1 day.

K Rool has my favorite move in the entire game. His running smash when his leaps into his opponent gut first. Makes me laugh every time.
