Another way to get this option is to have an NPC accidentally kill you, I know because I got that prompt when I got hit by a car while trying to follow two other cars

U guys can also ride the police car at the police station and the police will try to attack you and once you already got attack by those police, you'll also get the setting (like the one that u showed on the video)
Guys I also have found out how to get the normal animations and weapon looks back again! So go to change character outfit or whatever it's called (sorry I have bad memory 🥲) And then choose the ninja girl outfit! If it doesn't work try changing the outfit and changing it back to the ninja girl while holding a weapon , If you did all of the instructions correctly you should be able to get the animations and weapon looks back!😄, your welcome (人*´∀｀)｡*ﾟ+
