I'd recommend you finish all 4 subjects in 40 days and revise again in remaining days.
Is it important to pass in pre exam or just a requirement to fill exam form ???

You are required to pass pre exam to enroll for main exam.

It's possible but you will have to do self study of 12 hrs or so daily. Decide realistically based on your capacity.

Firstly, please analyse your performance in every subject and figure out why you failed. Eg: did you do full Syllabus? Did you revise atleast twice? Did you solve past exam papers? Was your presentation for enough? Did you complete paper fully? Etc. Please check and accordingly make the plan.
