i’ve been skipping days for forever now. i’ve probably skipped 10-15+ days but none of my villagers have a thought bubbles. how many days does it usually take because it isn’t working for me

@@kaylacrowe4441 Hey Kayla, Don't worry, I'm hear to help. You are doing it correctly. It can be extremely frustrating, I know... You will find a thought bubble!!!. Quick thing I want to mention, and this probably will help, the game autosaves periodically, you as soon as you log in the game each day you have to do it quickly. You have about 3 minutes before it autosaves... to find the bubble. There is a cool down period about 15 days. Sometimes I move back a month to start fresh and time travel forward each day until, I find the bubble... When I do that I save the game each day so the game registers I am counting a day to go by... So when I do get the bubble, that is when I will decide to save or just close the game depending if it is the villager I want to leave or not. Let me know if this helps. I am so appreciated that you bring out the real deal when everybody else I've checked into they give false method because they really don't know how to do it themselves so they give theories. I've heard others talking about the thought process bubble but listening to them sounds like you're listening to someone talking out of the side of the mouth

Another tip I've learned is that you don't need to talk to the villager with the thought bubble to know if they are asking to move or not. If you enter a building and the thought bubble is still there once you leave the building it means they're asking to move. The thought bubble disappears after you enter a building if the villager was going to ask about anything else.

The thought bubble also can sometimes stay if they wanna give you a nickname! I found this out yesterday when I accidentally entered Resident Services-Bea wanted to call me “butterbean”. x3

Thank you so much, this was very helpful!! Tip: closing your villagers up in a gate around their house doesn't work either. I think they just teleport out. I tried it with Peaches because I really want her off my island. I already have her friendship picture so there's no need to keep her on my island anymore. And it didn't work. Another tip: don't talk to the villager for a week or so, I heard if you ignore them they feel neglected and they want to move out.

Oh 🙌🏼 yes, I forgot about the gate rumor! Yea you are right, that doesn’t work either! 😂 TYSM for the neglect tip I have tried that in the past as well, sometimes it work and sometimes not so much… who know if that is a coincidence or not? Hahaha I found the thought bubble to be the most accurate. @@cozycovelani another rumor I've tested out was complaining about the villager over and over and over again in resident services which doesn't work. The villager just changes what you complained about so that does nothing. The camping method I will confirm works, I found that out by accident while a visitor was in my campsite. They picked a villager I didn't really like so it worked out for me! I just wished that we could just ask them to move in instead of playing a game and determing it by luck. It's suck if you got a dreamie and lost them over high card low card 😒 Your very welcome! And thank you; I'm still working to get Peaches off my island which I'm sure she will leave eventually Could you make a video on the easiest ways to get someone's friendship picture? It'd mean a lot and I'd really appreciate it!!

@@Miri_TheDarkWolf Yes, I have tried the complaining to Isabelle. All they have done is changed clothes in the past for me too. hahaha Cute shirt though. 🤣 The campsite works great too, but it can be very frustrating to get them to pick the villager that you have in mind to move out. What I have found in the campsite method, is that if it is a dreamie that you want and you loose the game, close the game immediately, and then restart and play the game again. Sometimes you get even the same cards and answers... but you can also get the same villager eviction choice too.. so what I have done in the past is to continue to talk to them (aka harassment lol) and be they will eventually cave and just give up and ask to move in, BUT if you are looking for a specific villager to move out it will take like FOREVER but not impossible. I hope that helps!! Don't worry Peaches' days are numbered. lol and YES, absolutely, I will make a video for you on the obtaining the friendship pictures! No problem!! 🥰

@@matthewmanson1926 that's wierd, when I don't talk to certain villagers they get the thought bubble above their head and they want to leave. I know because peaches got the thought bubble once before and I didn't talk to her for weeks

Hitting them with a net does increase the chances of them being the ones to consider leaving because it lowers your friendship

Hi Toni! I am very sorry to hear that. That has happened to me in the past as well. I can help you, don't worry. First question, the most important one, is Roswell the newest member onto your island? If he is, he will not be getting the thought bubble easy. I find the game usually favors the newest member to the island and protects them from leaving. But not impossible.. Just harder and longer process. IF he is the NEWEST, the best way is to use an amiibo to invite and choose him to go, or someone else, so they will be the newest member on the island... Let me know, so I can help you further...

I am super excited that you got Al to move out! Talking to all of the villagers will increase my friendship level with them and not let it advance for the ones that I didn't talk to. However, it is not going to make the ones that I didn't talk to increase their chances of getting thought bubble. I have not found this to be the case, but if you did and got Al out that is amazing! Kudos to you! Thank you soo much! 🥰🥰

If a villager you do t want to move away gets a though bubble wanting to move out and you talk to them, you can say “it will be sad to see you go” or something like that and they will stay

Yes Casey, you can tell them that you want them to stay. This will reset your time until the next thought bubble will appear though so keep that in mind. 🥰💗

Thank you for the video, I just started anch and I was so lost to how the mechanics work. But I'm still confused about the time traveling thing. When am I allowed to switch back to the actual date? Like I don't want to do the whole process of trying to move someone out and succeeding, only to lose ot because I time traveled to early back to the actual day... I'm kinda lost here :D

Hi! Welcome to the channel! That is a great question! If you get a villager and have them move in, make sure that you save the game first before you time travel this way you don't lose any of your game progression. After that you will be able to time travel back to which ever date that you wish. If you feel safer, then you could wait until they move in and have their name on the for-sale sign, or until you actually see them, then save before you time travel again. I used to be really nervous too to travel in the beginning, it can be scary! If you need any help or have any more questions, I am happy to help! Keep talking to them and they will have a NEW conversation with you that they will ask if you want them to ask someone else to more out. I have another video on my channel that explains this in more detail called the campsite trick. Let me know if you need any more help... 🥰💖

I got the villager I wanted out first try and now that I’m looking for a new villager once I find a new one do I just go back to the date I was in before I time traveled?

After you have invited you villager from the island, make sure you save your game before you quit or time travel again. This way you have the villager locked in. Then you are free to time travel to ANY date. Your villager will be on your island. I hope this helps! 😁😁💖💖

I have legit time traveled 3 months day by day but I can't get anyone to move out, haven't even seen a thought bubble and I'm considering just restarting the entire game at this point as my island is full of nightmare villagers...

Are you checking right away for the thought bubble within the first 3 minutes of logging onto the game each day? If you can’t seem this method to work for you, a have a few more ways you can get villagers out on my channel. Have a look and feel free to ask any questions. I’m happy to help, 🥰

So what if you somehow built 11 houses and the 11th house is still vacant? I don't want to remove anyone since that house will be gone and vacant and that previous house will be built, still leaving me with one vacant house? Is there a way to remove that house?

Are you talking about 11 villager homes? If so, I don’t know how you did that lol that sounds like some kind of game glitch! However, don’t worry you can definitely remove that house. Just go to resident services and speak to Tom nook about demolishing a home. Let me know if you need help. Good luck and let me know how it goes.👍🏼😁

@cozycovelani I basically told a villager they can move out. Their house was vacant, and I thought I had to tell Tom to put it up for sale. On the other foot, he gave me another kit. The ex villager's house is up, and that kit has been sold without the possibility of ever being built and furnished since I already have 10 villager houses. I don't truly want to delete the island since it's my first island with a lot of progress into it.

I keep getting villagers staying in my camp and I have a very stubborn Robin that doesn't want to leave today a dog was staying at my camp and wanted to swap with my octopus I can't get Robin to do the thought bubbles I've had her for months

Hello, no you do not. There are 2 choice options in the chat box to choose from. The first (top) choice tells them you want them to stay. Just choose that and you are good to go. 😄

you dont need to close the game if a villager says they want to move out, one of your response choices is to say you want them to stay.. and then they will

Hi Katie! TYSM!! You are absolutely correct! 🥰🥰 That is perfect if you wish for them to stay! However, if you are looking for someone else to leave as soon as possible, I found that it is best not to finish the conversation at all, because if you do and click on stay here, you will enter to cool day period of at least 15 more days until the next thought bubble appears naturally in the game. Hopefully, that clarifies things a little bit. 😊😊

Closing the game without saving means the thought bubble stays inside the game and switches to a different villager when the game is reopened. Otherwise there’s a 15 day cooldown until the next thought bubble appears above a villager’s head to say that they want to leave.

To use an amiibo card to kick a specific villager out you have to be at full capacity... which is 10 villagers. Once you have 10, that method will work for you. If not, you could try the thought bubble technique. I have a video on it as well. You do however have to have at least 5 villagers on your island for that method to work. Let me know if you need any help! 😀

Hello Crystal! Some people want to kick out villagers, to be able to go on island hunts to find another villager that they would like to have instead of one that they have on their island at that time. Sometimes, just to get a fresh face on the island after a long time has passed, or sometimes because people want only one-color villagers for example all pink animals, and sometimes to match a particular theme like fall, so they want "fall" villagers like deer or squirrels, etc... You can just skip to the next day if you want, but sometimes they don't want to leave, so it is best if you make sure that the thought bubble is them wanting to leave the island and not them wanting you to give a gift to another villager or something!

It’s because I recently found out about this trick where if u see a villager with a thought bubble, and if u go inside a building and the come out and then still see them with a thought bubble, it means that they are thinking about leaving and I was worried if just exiting meant that would get rid of the thought bubble, again tysm!

Yes, I do try to find homes for them and often allow people to come to the LIVE streams to come and adopt them!! Or often I let people on discord come and get them! It is way better than the void!! 🥰🥰

@@cozycovelani After I think another 20 to 30 minutes I finally made someone move. Transferring thought bubbles to the next villager didn‘t really work but the rest worked to 80% x‘D

Is the process the same for inviting amiibo villagers if your island has 9 villagers only?

When I made this video, I had a full house of 10. So, if you wanted to use an Amiibo card to invite a villager to kick out another villager you would have to go through the entire process and then build a home for the 10th villager... most likely. I do not remember trying this before I had a full house. I would have to reset my island to find that out specifically...oof! Sorry, but if you try it out and it works for you before you have 10 villagers, please let me know. I would love to know if you can...I am thinking you might have to make space, but maybe not...let me know if you find out. If you have any more question, let me know! 💖🥰

Hi! Is the tree in the thumbnail picture? If it’s that tree that you’re talking about I think it’s just the angle it’s the bottom of the Evergreen trees. If it is a tree that is in the video by a bridge close to my resident services it is an item that I bought from the nook stop shopping. It is called a Japanese Pinetree. 😁 if it’s not any of those trees let me know LOL

Hey i have a question, what is meant by the 23day with the thought bubble? Like 23 day streak or what? It worked fine for one that had a thought bubble. But now it's taking too long for the next villager to get one. I need 3 more to move...

Sorry, I was stressing the date that I started looking for the thought bubble... showing next that it was a different day when the thought bubble was found (on the 24th), so I was hoping that it would help to point out the dates. This way everyone would be aware that it was a different date.. Now, after you have gotten one villager out using the thought bubble method, you will want to start the entire process all over again to get a second villager out. and so on and so forth.... You should choose a different month than the one that you were using to get the first one out. I would either skip ahead 2-3 months or go back 2-3 months to start over this way you have totally cleared the cooling down period... lmk if you have any more questions. I hope that this helps!! 💕💕

So a lot of time wasting until i figured it will never happen on Saturdays 😂 i switched to a normal week day, then i started with the month skipping and it worked fine. thanks. Now i just need some luck finding the right villagers 😅

How many villagers do you have? You need to have the campsite and 6 villagers at least. Also, you need to check right away within like the first 3 minutes of logging in to the game. Do not go into any buildings. Let me know.

1. Go to Anicotti's and ignore her 2. Build a fence to trap Anicotti. 3. Talk to all the other villagers. 4. Time travel 15 days none of the villagers want to move go up 1 if wrong villager go up 1 day if right villager let them leave.
