Great information to have. It will definitely help me trouble any heating problems in my vehicles.
I have that 1 to 1 ratio problem with my water pump/fan pully too with my 340 Dart. Going down the highway in the summer 90' F it runs at 190' F no problem but get stuck in traffic and that fan is spinning around like an old Dutch windmill at idle. When we built the engine we couldn't find a smaller pully so I'm getting one made

Great video. I'm liking the Fords. Do you use something to fill in the 1 inch gap between the radiator and core support my 65 mustang has? Also have you ever tried an oil cooler to help lower engine temperature? Lastly what are your thoughts on installing heat extractor louvers in the hood to evacuate the hot air?

What's wrong with clutch fans? How often should you change the coolant?
1971 351c that temp climbs when not moving, stock radiator, fan and shroud. What temp is considered dangerous and could improper timing be a cause?
Man, wish you guys were in Sacramento, ca. I've got a 65 gt mustang that has a cooling problem. Interestingly enough it cooled too well before I put a sniper efi system on it. Now, according to my mechanic, the radiator stays 180f while the engine gets up to 220f. I doubt it's the radiator and electric fan. Very frustrating.

I got the same problem like u I got 1977 mustang and I just put sniper efi brand new radiator water pump cooling fan and read 180f and after u drive it for like 10 minutes the temperature goes up to 220f I’m try to figure with wrong wat it smh

@@tommythong4077 yeah, everything's great if it's like 85f out or cooler. Other than that it runs amazing. I have a video on ny page of it. My last video. Everyone assures me it can't be the sniper system, but no overheating before that was installed.
