As a "self taught" knitter (one who _COULD NOT FIGURE OUT_ what the pictures were trying to teach me), I've always carried ALL the "pick up threads" over my left forefinger, not just the "accent color" yarn. It's _WAY_ easier for me, and *FAST, TOO!* Edit: I finally figured out that part of my problem with the "normal," or "English," knitting techniques is that my forefingers are rather short. *I **_NEVER COULD_** "throw over" the yarn or thread!*
Arne and Carlos your instruction is invaluable to me!!! You have taught me so much!!! I appreciate it more than words can say!!!! Bless you both!❤
I still remember learning about alternating the picking and throwing about two years ago. I still do it to this day! Love your videos, Arne and Carlos! ❤

I not too awfully bad at tension now, but I will admit I was very proud of myself when I learned how to feed in a thread from each hand 😊
How beautiful Arne! The picking and throwing method has become my favorite for color work, thanks to you. Thank you for sharing ❤️

@mistyblue5312… you can slow down videos on KZread by going onto settings. It’s a great way to see all that goes too fast😊
Have tried this, definitely works for me 👍

This is a great tip. Thank you so much!
how do you do to avoid a hole when you are finishing a round and start a new one when you are doing stranded colorwork.
One day soon I'll try color work!
Love you guys!!
Great idea! TFS!
Arne y Carlos Cariños!!!! Genios!!!!
❤❤❤❤❤
I can't get continental gauge right. Usually with two colors I use my right hand with one yarn on the tip of my finger and the other controlled by my thumb using my second knuckle
My tension is awful. I am really struggling with it.
Gorgeous design!!! Where can I buy the pattern?!?! ❤
