Should I go left hand right hand for 2 balls because I am left handed

whichever is easier! I'd honestly suggest switching in between to get that dexterity. But yes first attempt try your dominant hand!

Nice video. So, when do I know when I can go from 1 to 2 balls and to 3?

I'd say if you can do an accurate catch of each step about 20 times in a row you're most likely ready to move up to the next ball! It can also be helpful to try the next ball for a bit, and if it ends up being too difficult move down to the last number you were working on for a while longer :D Hope this helps! Happy juggling!
