Simple solution is to practice as much as possible... When speed exceeds 140km its more about muscle memory and practice... Since the time doesn't allow for late thoughts. 🙏

Sir, u did well by nice explanation. .but it's tough to play in English conditions reasons duke balls,conditions, green pitch. .even experts is unable to explain to play in English conditions. . Alastair cook is england run scorer feels tough to play English conditions. .If u look his stats, u see his test avg is lower in england. . That's why 90% English player does trigger movement when balls reaches to bat.. u never ever seen any other players does trigger movement in aus,nz, sa,Asia sub continent( no way).. that's why English player never plays good against spin because of trigger movement. .in England, players plays late, that's why they use trigger movement. . Some time James Anderson does not know enough about swing and seaming bowls, when he is asked to explain. .that's jammie gets tough to ball in sub continent, aus. . He has appeared 2006 ashes,2010 ashes,2013 ashes,2017 ashes, he gets only 1 flifers.. its nothing we can do in england pitch, overcast conditions, duke balls.. duke ball matters everything, which swings 70 odd overs.. If any batsman gets set and reaches to 90 runs, one delivery comes out nowhere and makes him out.. that nipping down ball..I have been watching england team since 17 years.. I m big fan of English cricket and my all time fav team.. that's why any team can win in england bcs of balanced equation.. even Ireland bowls out england 80 odds run and then Ireland bowls out 36 odd runs.. This can happen only in england. . We will never ever see Inn aussy. . Aus,srl,india r great in home conditions. . I never see any team defeats india in their home, same with aus, same with sl( when sl is at peak).. but see england always gets defeated with wl,pak,sa,aus.. conditions matters everything, what I feel having 17 years experience watching English cricket.. ur teaching is good only in india,aus,sub continent pitches but not English conditions..
