Wire ends twisting technique. The most robust but compact joint for stripped ends of electric wire without soldering that electricians should use. Craft trick with electric wires. Every master should know this! It's good idea to show this video to your friends. Step-by-step tutorial. The method in this video consists of 3 steps:
1. Strip off isolation of wire ends with any wire-stripper for 5.5 cm. The last piece of isolation you can use to twist the multi-cores for more convenient solid core.
2. Tie the ends in a bungle using the simple symmetrical cord knot.
This knot is good for soft strings, but electric metal wires are hard and when you contract them the loops diverge. So we have to stabilize it.
3. Tighten the knot. Bend both of the prominent tails of wires on return pass.
4. Then rotate the tails around the cores. 3 winds for this length.
5. The result. Very reliable, dense, but flexible connection.
This method I've thought up myself and now, after exploring the Net, I've found nobody knows it... In other videos there are presented bad techniques... So, if suitable situation (no soldering is possible) use this relatively simple way. And please, help me to spread this video - it would be nice you repost, link, embed etc.
