Brother you can not make CDC at cyber cafe. After completing your stcw Crouse you can apply online and it will be made by dg shiping authorised by government of india after applying you will get your cdc in minimum 30 to 40 days.

I am working in msc for lastly 8 yrs as cook For your information Kitchen helper/is called kitchen utility on ship 1)Basic salary for kitchen helper/utility is 750 USD 2) 12 hr is per day duty Till your contract gets over you don't have any holiday if your sir is good then he may give you half day off.
