Understood. However, not everyone has consistent income job. I mean, some may have with limited hours of work which account for at least 2 to 3k a month, at best. Also, I know you took $50k a year as an example. But, i believe its still a hurdle to go with 50k yearly. And your response might be that it depends on whish state we live in and the expertise in the industry of real estate and whatnot. Correct?

basically you have to keep you're day job until you're rental properties appreciate enough to take out money on the houses in order to get like 7 or 8 houses and hopefully cash flow about 200 in each, which is like 1600 a month, but you still can't quit you're day job? so basically investing in rental properties will never allow you to quit you're day job, what about flipping houses too at the same time?

Yeah my homes were much more than that unfortunately. But you can still find deals in some smaller cities!

@@SaraFinance yep yep, I know, the Niagara Region is still pretty affordable, same for east of Toronto or even east of Oshawa and other smaller cities. But unfortunately not as it used to be, and not as good as in the US.
