it's easy to calculate. Look at the dividend yield of Realty income. If it is 4% for example, you will receive 4% of your money for the whole year. Per month, you divide that number by 12.

You use stock brokers which are apps or websites that give you access to the stock market. I use an app called EasyEquities. Standard bank has an app called Shyft
