FD in India is at ~5.10%, and the top bank of Vietnam is paying interest of over 8%. Already invested and having 2 billion dongs in liquid cash in Viet bank. All this is basic knowledge, which our parents teach us when we are growing up. And most importantly, PPF's in India, I think everyone has these.

I do see it that forex and crypto trading is one of the profitable money exchange services that elevates investors and their financial status.

2015 me aayi but ascent canadian maar rahi hai 😂 Ambani wall street ko bhi jeb me rakta hai fir bhi ascent simple rakta hai!

the markets are being propped up by the FED printing money with NO limit, every time the Market blips down the FED dumps cash into the dip. I see any market condition as an opportunity so far I've made over $505k in raw profits from just Q4 of 2021 alone Am I selling? Absolutely not. I have purchased growth stocks too a little at a time over the past few weeks. I am going to sit back and observe how this all plays out.

It's a sick game but you learn to play or stay poor for life. I hate that companies only provide 401k in stock markets that crash every 5-10-15 years. This just steals so much of hardworking peoples life savings and it's disgusting. I hate it but you either understand the machine or you are just numb to it when it happens.

Years ago I had the proud opportunity to serve with the 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment of the 82ND Airborne Division, FT Brag, NC. The motto of the regiment is; 'Strike Hold". This motto has resonated with me when it comes to my investment strategy, inspired by my adviser Rita Wildrin Mora. I have invested in index funds and will "Hold" them and continue to "Strike" by investing in these funds for continued foundational wealth. Why can’t we invest in India? I think it’s s better option as Indian market have a higher growth rate, for example Index funds in Canada gets around 7-9%growth per annum, whereas in India index funds earns you 11-13%per annum and compounding over a long period of pf time Indian market would earn you a lot more! PS- I don’t know about the taxation while investing in India from Canada, but you’ll not need to pay double taxes on both the countries as India and Canada have a treaty which let you to pay the taxes in the country where you reside for longer period.

There is some rule involved. Brokerages in india dnt allow traders from USA and Canada to register with them.

There are also better ways other than ETF which has guaranteed return and protections as well like funds. Begginers should not go to bank because banks will not give that much information. 😒 need to contct someone we know have more knowledge

Ya sure. There are funds(combinations of bonds and stocks) which are somewhat similar to etfs but gives guarantees and far better rate of returns. My husband is finanical advisor and works with different financial institutions.

Yes bonds are more stable but lesser return and stocks are riskier compared to ETFs. :)

Hi Amarinder! This gives me a great video idea about Canadian ETF's. Perhaps you could also do some research on ETF's? the average rate of return for ETF's is around 8%. It does fluctuate, but does not go too far from the mean base :)

Like mostmutual funds, thisfund doesn't have any guarantees. You may not get back the amount of money you invest. So like I said this video is misleading. Completely
